Founding Story

HRIntelligence was founded in 2023 by Percy and Charmaine with the vision of
pioneering the future of HR through innovative solutions. We aim to ignite a
revolution where strategic HR partnerships become the engine of organizational
success, propelling a world where both business and people thrive. Our founders
identified a growing need for strategic HR support, particularly for SMEs, to
help companies not only comply with regulatory requirements but also enhance
organizational effectiveness.

our Principal Consultant, brings over 20 years of HR expertise, including her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at a leading German engineering firm. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland.s

Charmine

our Operation Director, offers 18 years of diverse experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Control Management, and Administration, with a successful transition into HR. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
